Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruiter with 2 to 3.5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and exposure to HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT hiring landscape and a proven ability to source, screen, and close technical roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various levels.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the offer and onboarding process.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Support HR operations activities like documentation, data management, and employee coordination when required.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Ismart or any other recruitment tools.
• Exposure to basic HR operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
