Conducting end to end learning interventions for IBAs & Call centre team in Rural Business.
Ensure classroom trainings at regional call centers & VILT for upskilling the IBAs/Tele callers within Rural Business.

Conducting end to end learning interventions for IBAs & Call centre team in Rural Business.
Ensure classroom trainings at regional call centers & VILT for upskilling the IBAs/Tele callers within Rural Business.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare training calendar for the IBAs basis business needs
- Conduct the Functional learning interventions for IBAs/Tele-Callers in Rural Business
- Training delivery (Refreshers) across all Rural Businesses
- Delivering training programs for partner skill development (TTTs for the Trainers/Supervisors based at RCC)
- Create functional assessments for understanding learning gaps
- Conduct learning diagnostic connect with IBAs & Identify the knowledge gaps in sales
- Curate the training content for IBA training programs
- Final buy in for content
- Design of induction/ Functional trainings
- Role out timely training invites for training programs
- Manage the first level escalations related to trainings
- Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders (Partners, IBAs & Call centre support team)
- Getting buy in from business for functional training
- Maintaining training coverage across all vintage groups
- Qualifications –Graduate (MBA -Preferable in HR)
- Expertise in conducting learning facilitation
- Work Experience – 4-6 years (Preferable Tele calling + L&D)
- Ability to multitask
- Agile
- Language – English, Hindi & Marathi
