General Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless, cost-effective flow of goods while aligning supply chain strategies with overall business objectives. This role requires strong analytical thinking, leadership capabilities, and cross-functional & Planning:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support organizational goals and improve operational Management:
- Optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing holding & Distribution:
- Manage all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and on-time delivery to Collaboration:
- Work closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to support demand forecasting and supply & Partner Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, freight carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure service reliability and & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements in logistics and transportation. Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to meet performance targets and foster a culture of continuous Monitoring:
- Track and analyze supply chain KPIs to identify inefficiencies and drive data-based Bachelor's degree or Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics management.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain functions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in ERP and supply chain management software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to vendor and logistics partner locations.
