About The Role

Key Responsibilities
Recruit high-quality financial advisors and ensure they obtain mandatory licenses.
Provide training and real-time support to the advisor team to help them achieve sales and investment goals.
Guide clients on financial products like insurance, mutual funds, and SIPs based on their financial goals.
Monitor performance and maintain high persistence in investment conversions and renewals.
Work towards achieving personal and team financial targets as per the yearly goal sheet.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferably Finance, Commerce, or Management).
Strong communication and team management skills.
Previous experience in financial services, BFSI, insurance, or sales is a plus.
Goal-driven and ready to take leadership responsibility.
