Build a strong team to drive new bank BC point acquisition in the territory
Ensure daily activation of promoters
Oversee WOW (Walk-Out Working) completion by promoters
Facilitate acquisition of new and existing retail outlets from distributors and promoters
Manage SBA (Savings Bank Account) opening and Govt DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) SBA opening
Appoint new distributors
Promote CHC (Critical Health Cover), TW (Two-Wheeler Insurance), and HI (Health Insurance)
Drive debit card acquisition with SBA
Execute district and taluka level micro and macro level planning and execution to meet all KPIs
Recruit a minimum of 7 promoters in the territory
Promote Fastag services
Oversee gold loan operations
