Greet and assist customers visiting the branch for gold loans.

Provide information on gold loan schemes, interest rates, repayment options, and documentation requirements.

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.

• Gold Loan Processing:
  
  

Verify the authenticity and purity of gold before loan sanctioning.

Process loan applications and ensure all necessary documents are collected.

Assist in loan disbursal and explain repayment schedules to customers.

• Sales & Business Development:
  
  

Promote gold loan products to potential customers.

Cross-sell other financial services such as insurance and fixed deposits.

Follow up with customers for loan renewals, repayments, and overdue collections.

• Compliance & Documentation:
  
  

Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper documentation.

Follow RBI and company guidelines for gold loan operations.

Ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) norms and fraud prevention measures are adhered to.

• Customer Relationship Management:
  
  

Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Provide excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Address customer grievances promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
