Branch Internship Trainee Associates

This job is provided by apna.co 1.Ensure calling on a given data base and pitch gold loan to customer.

• Gold Loan lead generation talking to Branch Inactive & existing database and ensuring conversion.
• Coordinate with different Branch staff and managers for closure.
• Supervising day to day operations in the customer service department.
• Interest Collection Calling.
• Filing of Reports, Inter Office Memo, Circulars etc.
• Audit Irregularity follow up with customers with the direction of Branch Manager.
• Non-Performing Account (NPA) follow up over phone and in-person visit with the direction of Branch
  
  

Manager.

• Marketing Activities in the vicinity of branches and collect leads through Bingo.
• Entry of interest receipt vouchers (Maker Rights).
• Entry of Payment and Expense vouchers (Maker Rights).
  
  

Training shall be provided for 45 days and Intern should complete the entire online training module, thereafter shall be undergoing on job training at our branches for 12 months.
