Purpose of the Job:The Marketing Executive will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement through Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, retail visual merchandising, and offline branding campaigns. The role includes planning and executing offline marketing strategies, managing internal marketing communications, and fostering a strong organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in BTL execution, store-level branding, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities BTL Marketing ExecutionPlan, organize, and execute BTL activities such as in-store activations, roadshows, product demonstrations, and brand campaigns.
Retail Visual Merchandising (VM)Ensure consistent and attractive visual merchandising across all retail locations following brand standards.
Branding & Store CommunicationOversee branding implementation at all customer touchpoints, including POSM, store interiors, external signage, and hoardings.
Internal Marketing & Culture BuildingDrive internal communication campaigns to engage employees and align them with the brand vision and marketing goals.
Vendor & Agency CoordinationCoordinate with vendors, printers, fabricators, and external agencies for timely, cost-effective, and high-quality campaign deliverables.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of field activities.
Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with digital marketing, sales, product, and HR teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns.
Market Intelligence & FeedbackCollect and analyze feedback from retail stores, field teams, and consumers to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Reporting & DocumentationMaintain detailed records of marketing activities, vendor billing, campaign budgets, and project reports.
Submit regular reports to the Marketing Manager on campaign ROI, performance, and operational insights.
Candidate Profile QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience1–3 years of experience in offline/B2C marketing in the retail, FMCG, or consumer services industry.
Hands-on experience in BTL activities, retail branding, and marketing event coordination.
Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Ability to manage vendors and work under tight deadlines
Proven ability to drive in-store traffic and customer engagement
