Jr. QA Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Professional to help ensure the reliability, functionality, and overall quality of our web and mobile applications. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining comprehensive testing processes to identify bugs, improve performance, and enhance user experience. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality software, collaborating closely with developers and product teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our QA practices and product success.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage test scenarios and test plans derived from both technical specifications and business needs.
• Conduct various types of testingfunctional, regression, exploratory, and usabilityacross web and mobile platforms.
• Log and monitor bugs or issues using tools such as JIRA, Trello, or other tracking systems.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure optimal product quality.
• Validate bug resolutions and verify deployments during release phases.
• Offer constructive input on UI/UX design, application performance, and overall usability.
• Maintain comprehensive testing documentation and suggest improvements to QA workflows.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
