- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit through initial screenings and interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
- Provide feedback to hiring managers and discuss next steps in the interview process.
- Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and start dates, within company guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with both active and passive candidates, keeping them engaged in the recruitment process.
- Track and maintain candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely records.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, and performance appraisals.
- Contribute to improving HR workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
