We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Developer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT or tech solution sales. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client pipelines, and closing deals that drive growth across our AR/VR product and service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through research, outbound reach, and industry networking.
  • Pitch Tekurious' immersive solutions (VR labs, training modules, storytelling products, etc. ) to schools, corporates, and institutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to deliver custom solutions.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B IT/tech sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with consultative/solution selling approaches.
  • Ability to understand client needs and map them to tech offerings.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a startup pace.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
