Academic Counsellor

We are seeking a motivated Academic Counsellor to drive student enrollments for our prestigious postgraduate programs. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through program details, admission processes, and converting inquiries into enrollments. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with tele-sales experience who excel in communication and persuasion.

Responsibilities

• Explain program curriculum, fees, scholarships, and admission requirements clearly.
• Nurture leads through follow-up calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with student interactions.
• Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets through persuasive counseling.
