Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from ads, WhatsApp, Instagram, and referral sources
- Conduct consultation discovery calls, understand client problems, and explain our services
- Qualify leads based on need, urgency, and program fit (training will be provided)
- Build trust through empathetic communication and product/service knowledge
- Follow up consistently via calls and WhatsApp for undecided or pending clients
- Maintain lead data, call logs, and follow-up tracking using CRM or internal tools
- Work closely with the consultation and operations team for smooth onboarding
- Meet monthly targets for lead conversions and consultations booked
