Job Summary:

A Mother Teacher is responsible for the overall development of students in the early years of schooling. This role combines academic instruction with emotional support, mimicking the care and attention of a mother figure while introducing foundational learning. The teacher plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for children from home to school.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed./NTT/Montessori) or equivalent
• .Minimum 1–6 years of experience in early childhood teaching
• .Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• .Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• .Patient, empathetic, and nurturing personality
