Fullstack Developer - .NET

Requirements

• Graduate in BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed university; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on front-end and back-end development.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Development Lead is preferred.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6+), and ECF
• Back-end expertise in. NET (C#) and JavaScript (Node.js ), along with APIs, OAuth, and OpenID.
• Experience working on Microservices-based products is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps best practices.
• Familiarity with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of front-end and back-end developers.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality, reliable code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High level of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
