About The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive integrated sales and marketing strategies for our Investment Platform business. This role is the linchpin between our marketing agency, Business Development Manager (BDM), and clients—orchestrating lead generation, advisor engagement, and brand growth.

  • Inbound Sales & Client Conversion
  • Own end-to-end inbound lead management—qualify, respond, and schedule demos.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations for clients and financial advisors.
  • Hand off high-potential leads to the BDM for closing.
  • Guide the marketing agency on messaging, targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Develop sales collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations) using design tools.
  • Maintain website content and UX, ensuring SEO and lead capture efficiency.
  • Streamline advisor onboarding with training materials and webinars.
  • Nurture advisor relationships through targeted LinkedIn/social campaigns.
  • Track KPIs: Lead conversion rates, demo effectiveness, social engagement.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Must-Haves

3+ years in sales + marketing integration (financial services preferred).

Proven ability to manage inbound leads and conduct demos.

Graphic design proficiency (Canva/Adobe Suite for flyers, social assets).

Website management (updating content, basic UX principles).

Strong CRM and analytics skills (pipeline tracking, conversion optimization).

Nice-to-Haves

⭐ Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Design.

⭐ Experience with financial product marketing (B2B/B2C).

⭐ Familiarity with investment platforms/advisor ecosystems.
