As one of our first front end engineers, you’ll lead the development of core user interfaces for real-time, AI-powered experiences. From accessible design to seamless chat/voice interaction, your work will directly shape the user journey for global enterprise customers.

• Build and own key user-facing features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Convert Figma designs into responsive, high-performance UIs with Tailwind + shadcn/ui
• Collaborate with AI, voice, and backend teams to ship polished end-to-end features
• Optimize for accessibility, performance, and compliance in a regulated domain
  

• 2–4 years of experience with modern web apps (React, Next.js, TypeScript)
• Strong front end skills and eye for design precision
• Product-first mindset and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working closely with cross-functional teams
  

• Experience with real-time, chat, or voice interfaces
• Exposure to pharma/healthcare or other regulated domains
• Some backend experience in Python or Node.js
