We are hiring a Manager - Inside Sales and Key Account Management to lead outreach, sales conversion, and long-term client engagement. The role involves cold calling, closing deals, and managing relationships to ensure retention and repeat business. You will own the client journey from first touchpoint through successful delivery and ongoing support, working cross-functionally to create a seamless experience.

Inside Sales

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads, share proposals, and close deals.
  • Manage the complete sales funnel using CRM tools and weekly performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with sourcing and fulfillment teams to align on pricing, timelines, and project needs.

Key Account Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Drive repeat business by understanding evolving client needs and delivering value.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or B2B account management.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and client engagement skills.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with the construction or building materials sector is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in night shift hours to support U. S. clients.
