For This Role, You Will Need:
Min 10 years of relevant work experience in the field of process control and automation. DCS/SIS Design experience in Engineering Industry is desired. Preferably worked on Oil & Gas, Refineries, Chemical, Petrochemical DCS/SIS design & engineering projects.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Accountable for overall Project Execution, Performance (Cost, Schedule, Quality and Risks) and Customer Satisfaction.
- Techno-commercial aspects for the project execution
- Main focal point for the Techno / Commercial matters with EPC / End-users
- Change Order Management
- Identify Risk, quantify Risk, develop Risk mitigation plan, Monitor risk
- Project Progress reporting [ External / Internal]
- Conduct FAT/Integrated FAT with EPC/ End-users
- Project close out including site support activities.
- Manage the project execution team(s)
- Coaching and Mentoring of project team
- Conflict Management and resolution
- Ensure compliance to Emerson Ethics and HSE policy
- Prepare resource loading charts and should be able to effectively perform resource balancing.
- Work with Engineering Management team for sourcing right skilled resources on the project.
- Provide project pursuit support together with sales team as and when required
- Tender Vetting of Proposal and Estimates
- Coordinate internal organizations and resource planning
- Ready to travel on assignments
- Knowledge of Project execution cycle
- Ability to recognize and respond to dynamic demands
- Show leadership potential
- Conduct root cause (provide solutions/options)
- Ability to relate with different groups of people in various levels of organization

- Good hands on MS Office knowledge specifically, Ms Word, Excel, Access, powerpoint, Visio, Project etc.

- Implementation of EEEC IMS processes/documentation as & when required throughout the project.
- Adopts to WA quality requirements and Customer’s regulatory guidelines

- Strictly follows GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
- Perform other additional specific duties, when requested by the business. These will, typically, be strategic in nature but could potentially be anything that the post holder is suitably qualified and experienced to undertake. These duties may be assigned to the person under guidance of a supervisor.
