Job Description
Ability to understand and execute the motor and compressor tuning with controller to properly choose the best control methodology for a stable solution. Ability to understanding of measurement of motor parameter which required for motor control deliverables Work closely with Cross functional team to develop and finalize the requirements and accordingly finalize the designs of motor and Compressor Specs. Directly owns and contributes to motor design elements and performance attributes (thermal, structural, material,) including design for manufacturability. Plan motor control activities aligned with project need and timing. Work with controller development Technology team, Main software Integrators to design, develop and deliver motor and compressor drive solutions to achieve attribute and product performance targets. Directly owns and contributes to motor elements and performance attributes (electro-magnetic) including design for manufacturability. Develop, maintain and improve motor control software architecture to ensure fast and efficient execution of motor control projects. Close insight with market failure and timely deliver the solution.

Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Compressor & BLDC FAN Motor principles 2. Knowledge of Motor Driver Development 3. Knowledge of Motor parameters testing & Tuning 4. Exposure to Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) / Electromagnetic Compatible (EMC) tests and requirements 5. Understanding of all Embedded Hardware Testing, 6. Testing & Troubleshooting of Field Failures of Motor.
