Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Representative Non Paid Intern. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls, providing customer support, and responding to customer inquiries. The role includes identifying potential sales opportunities, setting up appointments, and providing training and resources to clients. Daily tasks also involve maintaining customer relationship management systems and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Customer Support
• Capability in Training and guiding clients effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
