SSH -Area Sales officer - Sales & Distribution-Domestic Business

Job Description
As an Assistant Manager in Sales & Distribution for our Domestic Business, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our customer base within the domestic market. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of our products and processes, and use this knowledge to influence and negotiate with potential clients.

Principal Accountabilities
Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the domestic market. Identify new business opportunities, negotiate with potential clients, and close deals to increase market share.

Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts. Understand their needs and requirements, provide suitable solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitors' activities. Provide insights to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.

Sales Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closure. Ensure that all sales activities are in line with company policies and procedures.

Analytical Skills: Analyze sales data to identify sales trends and potential areas for improvement. Use this information to inform sales strategies and decision-making.

Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets. Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to support sales activities and gain market insights.

Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management. Use persuasion and influencing skills to secure sales and build strong relationships.

Customer Relationship Management: Manage and enhance relationships with existing customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Entrepreneurship: Demonstrate a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to sales. Identify new business opportunities and take the initiative to pursue these.
