Job Description

Digital Transformation

  • Play the pivotal role of an internal digital evangelist for Supply Chain & Service functions within the organization.
  • Track the digital advancements and technology innovations in the realm of supply chain & customer service, evaluate relevance of the same in the internal ecosystem, mapping them to Company’s needs/business problems.
  • Create a long-term digital roadmap for each function by mapping their existing levels of automation, understanding business challenges and long-term business goals.
  • Prepare and showcase digital roadmaps to the Senior Management, to obtain buy in.
  • Prioritize initiatives with businesses for implementation from the digital roadmaps using design thinking and agile methodologies.

Project Management

  • Manage project risks to ensure On-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Establish divisional level and project level steering committees for ongoing governance and engagement.

Vendor Management

  • Strategize and manage vendor relations to ensure the best solutions, responsiveness and pricing.

Networking & Benchmarking

  • Network in the right industry circles for digital solutions in SCM and Service functions to be world-class and highly effective.
  • Identify Key Insights that can be realized through Analytics and interact with the Analytics and IT teams to deliver these to business.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensuring application security by ensuring proper security practices are followed in application design and implementation.
  • Familiarized with requirements documentation, using case mapping, process reengineering / optimization and value stream mapping techniques.

Coaching & Mentoring

  • Build, develop and nurture high-performance teams.
