  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities in the mechanical seals industry across the West region.
    • Drive growth and revenue by securing new contracts and expanding business with existing customers.
    • Develop and implement strategies for market penetration, sales growth, and competitive positioning.
    • Perform market analysis to identify potential clients, partners, and trends within the region.
    • Lead negotiations with key clients and ensure the successful closure of deals.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients in the region.
    • Provide expert technical consultation to customers regarding mechanical seals products and services.
    • Key focus will be on the competitor analysis and replacement business.
  • Sales & Service:
    • Develop and execute annual sales plans and targets for the region, aligning with company goals.
    • Ensure the delivery of mechanical seals products and services on time, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
    • Work closely with the engineering and service teams to address customer issues and optimize product performance.
    • Monitor competitors and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies, campaigns, and product literature for the region.
  • Customer Support & Service:
    • Oversee post-sales service, ensuring timely maintenance and troubleshooting for mechanical seals.
    • Resolve customer complaints, service issues, and any product-related concerns.
    • Provide product training to clients on maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimal use of mechanical seals.
    • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure proper installation, commissioning, and technical support.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the region’s sales performance, maintaining healthy offer board, including forecasts, pipelines, and competitive analysis.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports detailing sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
    • Track service issues, customer satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales forecasts, activities, and progress against targets.
