SSR recruitment, On-boarding, training, monitoring and productivity as per branch level approved counts
To ensure top of the line In-Store Visual Merchandise and Out Store Brand visibility by ensuring localized agencies for timely execution through internal team and outsourced external team of merchandisers.
To execute various BTL activities as per the Trade Marketing Calendar (Sub-Dealer Meets, Exhibitions, Road Shows, Activation, Brand Shop and Shop In-Shop etc.)
Brand Shop, Shop in Shop, Display Stand, Bay Headers, ACP/GSB, POSM executions
