Job Description

Roles & Responsibility

Handling Execution of HVAC Works which includes Ventilation, AHU, BMS, VAV, Ducting & Piping works.
Execution of Plumbing & firefighting sprinkler, hydrant system and Pump room & Symphonic system.
Installation, testing & commission of Power transformers, HT & LT panels.
Billing of all MEP Works.
Executed, Attended and Resolved specific site problems via daily team meetings and discussions as required to minimize program delays.
Prepared, checked and reconciled the measurement bills of MEP contractors as well as direct monitoring and control of their activities.
