Job Description

  • Aggressive sales person with thorough understanding of the government procurement process developing and maintaining trusted relationships
  • This role requires to work directly with the key government accounts format for enlistment of new models on GeM (CPAG & CRBG), market surveys and one to one replacements etc.
  • Target 20% Market share on GeM portal, and aim for leadership position in this segment
  • Thorough understanding of the channel partner ecosystem and working module as per the business requirements.
  • Willing to move in field and attend meetings with customers, Structured feedback for product development on GeM forum
  • MIS of Government Sales, Maintaining files and records
  • Identify & cultivate existing GeM partners in the market
  • Closely monitor & publish products on GeM as per standards
  • The role requires the new business developments viz. DISCOM / EESL / AAI / Tata Power etc. by coordinating with concern stakeholders.
  • Weekly & Monthly Review on My Sales Organizer (MSO) (Funnel review)
  • Familiar with a variety of the Government field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical knowledge about all the CPAG & CRBG products
  • Technical Knowledge of GeM catalogue uploading
  • Understanding of Procurement Process of Departments
  • Direct Selling & Key Account Management
  • Creating Govt. requirements in form of leads/funnel.
  • Tender Specification & Bid participation Skills
  • Communication Skills
  • Presentation Skills
