Job Description
- Aggressive sales person with thorough understanding of the government procurement process developing and maintaining trusted relationships
- This role requires to work directly with the key government accounts format for enlistment of new models on GeM (CPAG & CRBG), market surveys and one to one replacements etc.
- Target 20% Market share on GeM portal, and aim for leadership position in this segment
- Thorough understanding of the channel partner ecosystem and working module as per the business requirements.
- Willing to move in field and attend meetings with customers, Structured feedback for product development on GeM forum
- MIS of Government Sales, Maintaining files and records
- Identify & cultivate existing GeM partners in the market
- Closely monitor & publish products on GeM as per standards
- The role requires the new business developments viz. DISCOM / EESL / AAI / Tata Power etc. by coordinating with concern stakeholders.
- Weekly & Monthly Review on My Sales Organizer (MSO) (Funnel review)
- Familiar with a variety of the Government field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Technical knowledge about all the CPAG & CRBG products
- Technical Knowledge of GeM catalogue uploading
- Understanding of Procurement Process of Departments
- Direct Selling & Key Account Management
- Creating Govt. requirements in form of leads/funnel.
- Tender Specification & Bid participation Skills
- Communication Skills
- Presentation Skills
