- Strong experience in Public Consultation Process, Implementation of Government Policies and Implementation of Regulatory Requirements through strategic planning, Well conversant with government working and enjoys good rapport within Government circle.
- Should have experience in Project Analysis for Applicable regulatory requirements, Planning and execution of obtaining Permits / Licences, Strategic Planning for Implementation Regulatory requirements for Compliance Management, Corporate Affairs including Relationship Management at different levels at Various Ministries, Weaving association with Statutory and Regulatory Bodies, Ministries, Legislators, Associations and Other Government Officials Territory Expansion with securing land (Private, Revenue or Forest).
- Strong Goodwill and face value in Government like, Industries, Revenue, Energy, Environment & Forest, Water Board, Pollution Control Board, Electricity, Mining, Highways & Ports PWD, Railways and Land, Etc.
- Highly skilled in Govt. Policy Advocacy & Regulations. Facilitated with Guidance Bureau, ELCOT and IT Department towards Data Center Policy.
- An effective communicator with strong relationship management skills with the capability to relate to people at any level of business and management across the globe; possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Should have more than 3-15 years’ experience in the field of Liasoning (for facilitating ROU/ ROW) in infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience in similar water supply related projects (Rural & Urban) will be added advantage.
