HR Recruiter in Thane, Navi Mumbai, Dombivli, Kalyan

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Create and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
• Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads for final rounds
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives
• Prepare offer letters and handle documentation for new hires
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates
