Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
  • Source and screen resumes from various platforms and databases.
  • Conduct in-person and phone interviews to assess candidates and provide structured feedback.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to ensure timely sourcing.
  • Administer assessments, reference checks, and background verification.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate status updates to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet hiring goals.
  • Communicate employer branding, role expectations, and benefits during the screening process.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and suggest improvements based on market trends and hiring insights.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies in alignment with company values.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
  • Prepare key employee documents such as offer letters, NDAs, relieving letters, and experience letters.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and basic disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and personal data securely.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives such as welcome emails, birthday/anniversary greetings, and celebration planning.
  • Organize internal events, festival celebrations, and company outings.
