- Handle sales inquiries, send quotations, and follow up to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Manage daily communication via calls, chats, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Conduct online market research, data checking, and analysis to support sales activities.
- Embrace, experiment with, and leverage multiple AI tools to drive better sales and marketing growth on live projects.
