IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Teller in Delhi. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of banking transactions for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on bank products and services
• Identify and recommend solutions to meet customer needs and cross-sell bank products
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all cash handling procedures
• Follow bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and security measures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and provide excellent customer service
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in banking or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of banking systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to bank policies and procedures
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
