Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Understand client requirements and recommend gifting options based on budget, occasion, quantity, and timeline
- Prepare quotations and product mockups with support from design and operations teams
- Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to order confirmation, coordination, and delivery follow-up
- Build rapport with clients to drive referrals and repeat orders
- Meet monthly sales targets by executing defined strategies
- Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution
- Share customer feedback to support product improvement initiatives
- Possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, client servicing, or customer success (preferably in events, gifting, retail, or e-commerce)
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi
- Maintain a friendly and professional approach in client conversations with keen attention to detail
- Manage multiple inquiries and projects efficiently
- Apply strong follow-up skills and uphold a customer-first mindset
- Use Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Gmail, and other communication tools proficiently
- Experience collaborating with wedding planners, event managers, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with custom packaging, printing, or gift curation
- Display a creative mindset with a good eye for aesthetics and presentation
