Key Responsibilities

• Conduct soft skills and English speaking classes
• Facilitate 2-hour daily sessions for students aged 17–25 focused on communication, confidence, personality development, interview preparation, and teamwork
• Mentor and guide students by providing one-on-one support, feedback, and motivation to help them overcome hesitation and participate in group discussions and presentations
• Implement FEA curriculum by following structured content and using interactive methods like role plays, activities, and real-life examples
• Track progress and maintain reports through regular assessments, speaking activities, and internal evaluations while keeping records and submitting student progress reports
• Promote a growth environment that encourages discipline, critical thinking, and curiosity among learners from diverse backgrounds
