- Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, delivering exceptional service.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest company products, services, and industry trends.
- Identify areas of improvement in customer experience and suggest actionable solutions.
- Provide technical support for product setup, troubleshooting, order processing, and returns.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in the database.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Support training of new customer service representatives as needed.
- Collaborate with the team for process improvements and participate in meetings
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics preferred.
- Experience: 0–1 year in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in industry-specific customer service roles.
- Familiarity with ticketing or CRM systems.
- Bilingual communication skills (preferred but not mandatory)
