Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, technical expertise, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to create functional and aesthetically outstanding structures.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning: Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide design solutions that meet their needs.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior architects, drafters, and designers to maintain design integrity.
Site Visits & Supervision: Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Sustainability Integration: Incorporate eco-friendly and energy-efficient design principles into projects.
Presentation & Reporting: Prepare project proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
3+ years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and client-facing skills.
Experience In Residential, Commercial, Or Industrial Projects (preferred).
