Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through

inbound inquiries, outbound calling, emails, and social media outreach.

  • Customer Engagement: Conduct product presentations, demos, and discovery calls to

understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and

sales activities using CRM software.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and business development teams to execute

campaigns and follow up on leads.

  • Sales Support: Assist field sales and account managers in proposal creation, quotation,

coordination with internal departments and customer onboarding.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Client Retention: Proactively engage existing customers to identify upselling and crossselling opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation, preferably in the

software/SaaS or IT services industry.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and articulate software solutions.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B software or SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of solution selling or consultative sales methodologies.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals independently.
  • Exposure to cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, or IT managed services is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
