Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through
- Customer Engagement: Conduct product presentations, demos, and discovery calls to
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and business development teams to execute
- Sales Support: Assist field sales and account managers in proposal creation, quotation,
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Client Retention: Proactively engage existing customers to identify upselling and crossselling opportunities.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation, preferably in the
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and articulate software solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
- Experience in B2B software or SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of solution selling or consultative sales methodologies.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals independently.
- Exposure to cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, or IT managed services is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
