Job Description – Sr. Manager/Associate Director – ServiceNow Business Engagement Leader

The ServiceNow Engineering and QA Leader is essential for ensuring successful implementations and maximizing the value of the ServiceNow platform within EY Client Technology. This role is responsible for managing and directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions, leading teams of engineers, developers, and administrators to ensure the platform meets business needs and integrates effectively with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic initiatives not only align with business objectives but also drive user and process adoption.
  • By cultivating strong stakeholder relationships and focusing on business value measurement, this role enhances accountability and fosters a results-oriented culture.
  • Ability to effectively manage and demonstrate ROI while promoting user engagement is essential for maximizing impact and sustaining growth, making this position crucial for the overall success of this solution area.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow applications and modules to enhance business processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business units regarding ServiceNow functionalities and capabilities.
  • Develop measures and metrics to track ServiceNow adoption across different Service lines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of ServiceNow initiatives with business objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote ServiceNow best practices and usage.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of ServiceNow applications and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and features to leverage new capabilities for business benefit.

Good To Have Skills

  • Strong client-facing and business development / consulting skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering business engagement projects on time and within budget
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSM, CSA, or equivalent) are highly desirable
  • Experience in agile methodologies, Scrum/Kanban models

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business engagement or liaison role, preferably within a ServiceNow environment.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • 15+ years of total experience with at least 10 years in Business development / Service Management applications l(Ex:- ServiceNow) and 5 years in leading business teams
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
