Key Responsibilities

• Independently close 60 hires per month without vendor support
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard sales team members to meet aggressive hiring targets
• Manage onboarding, performance, engagement, and offboarding processes
• Act as HR point of contact for employees and leadership
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance
• Support and improve HR initiatives and daily operations
