Job Description

• Hands on experience of CRDi And /OR MPFI.
• Hands on experience of ECU interface with sensors / actuators / engine harness.
• Experience of Validation of OBD calibration.
• Experience of AIS 004 EMI EMC testing and certification.
• Hands on experience of CAN Bus, CAN Bus protocols, IVN, Peak CAN tools, Diagnostics tools.
• Hands on experience of IGS, starters and Generators.
• Hands on experience of Gasoline Ignition System.
• Hands on experience of ECU software like INCA / VISU / CALTERM / CANoe / CAN Analyser.
• Knowledge of environmental validations.
• Knowledge of Automotive battery and charge balance process.
• Knowledge of microcontroller and its interfacing with sensor / actuator.
  
  

oHands-on experience with automotive sensors, actuators, EGR valve, ECU/ECM, controllers interface, and dashboard cluster.

oExpertise in DTC (Diagnostics Trouble Code) calibration, verification, and validation.

oStrong knowledge of CAN bus protocol.

oExperience in R&D for engine development programs.

Requirements

Diploma in Engg. (Full Time) OR B.E/B.Tech (Full Time) in Electrical, E&E, Electronics & Communication, E&TC
