Responsibilities
- Lead the operations team to ensure seamless execution of Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes.
- Oversee the Finance-Order to Cash operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support for the Finance-Procure to Pay processes to ensure timely procurement and payment cycles.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Manage and resolve any operational issues that arise ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Extensive experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes is required.
- Strong expertise in Finance-Order to Cash operations is essential.
- Proficiency in Finance-Procure to Pay processes is a must.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills are necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model and manage day shift operations is necessary.
- Experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency is required.
