We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer / Design Engineer to lead the design and development of complex mechanical components and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering principles, CAD tools, and product lifecycle management, with the ability to guide projects from concept to production.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities

Perform & executing the Mechanical design & engineering activities as per requirements specified by Functional head. Lead the mechanical design and development of products, components, or systems from concept through production. Create and review 3D models, detailed drawings, and assembly documentation using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo). Perform engineering calculations and simulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. Drive design reviews, risk assessments, and design validation activities. Prepare technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and reports if any. Support prototype development, testing, and design iterations. Identify and implement design improvements for cost reduction, performance, and reliability. Support team knowledge-sharing efforts. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company procedures.
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

Graduate in Mechanical engineering with a minimum experience of 5 years and industrial exposure. Proficiency in 3D CAD tools and PLM systems. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and design for manufacturing (DFM).
