Our PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

- Lead product development: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Monitor and analyze product performance: Track key metrics, analyze user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate product vision and roadmap: Effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to organizational stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
