Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and promote a positive image of the bank in the community
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new products and services
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable branch
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
