SECTION I: BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE JOB ROLE
Job Role Variant: Field Executive
Value Stream: Asset Operations
Job Family: Manufacturing
Sub-Job Family: Operations
SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To perform operations and maintenance of all the equipment's and facility and drive smooth and safe operations of the plant in order to ensure that production targets are met, while maintaining safety and quality standards as per RIL policies and guidelines.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Responsibilities
Shift Production align with EPS movement plan.
Coordination with Respective Solids Coke LO.
Coordination with Respective PCG-MHS team.
Ensure safe vehicle movement on ramp.
Implement Dumper Checklist, TBT, ReSOP, HITRA and PTW system at site.
Ensure effective utilisation of PCCS SOPs.
Exposure in material handling system
Ensure Product Quality And Quantity
Maintain daily reports for PCCS Safety, Performance and Improvement as per requirement with SAP transaction details.
Safety & Risk Assessment
Internal: - Site Operations Team, Compliance Team, Health & Safety Team, HR Team
External: - Vendors, Regulators, Local Communities
SECTION VI: KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
Education Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience (Must Have)
3-5 years of experience as field executive in site operations

- Visual checking of Particle size
- Maximize train production by regular monitoring.
- Ramp condition by maintaining the Ramp without Pot hole or other abnormalities.
- Avoid hitting the stopper of Feed Hopper & unloading material on Ramp
- Avoid littering in open area by truck crew.
- Maintain safe distance between two truck
Maintain daily reports for PCCS Safety, Performance and Improvement as per requirement with SAP transaction details.
Safety & Risk Assessment
- Support in regular risk assessment during hand over, take over and process jobs, and conduct tool box talk prior to job execution to reinforce safe work practices
- Execute process related activities in line with safety operating procedures within operating range to mitigate process failures as well as reduce accidents, incidents and injuries
- Identify, document and report near miss incidents to identify trends and prevent future occurrence of similar incidents
- Ensure adherence to latest safety and management guidelines like, IMS ISO TQM, OMS,PSM QCC, 5S etc.
- Ensure adherence to LOTO, N2 gas safety, Line break etc. procedures
- Number of work place related incidents in the plant - Number of field round (ODR) - Number of entries in the SD job register - Housekeeping of the plant
