Position Overview

As an AI Adoption Specialist at E2M Solutions, you will collaborate closely with digital agencies to transform their business operations and enhance service offerings through AI-driven tools and processes. You will play a critical role in understanding agency workflows, identifying opportunities for AI adoption, and developing use cases that improve operational efficiency.w

Additionally, you will help agencies incorporate AI solutions into their services or products, enabling them to deliver greater value to their clients. This position requires a combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and a consultative approach to drive AI innovation across diverse agency environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agency Business Analysis: Collaborate with agencies to understand their business processes, operations, and pain points to identify opportunities for AI integration.
  • Use-Case Development: Create and implement AI-driven use cases that improve overall efficiency and productivity in agency operations.
  • Service/Product Enhancement: Partner with agencies to introduce AI-powered tools and solutions into their service offerings, enhancing their value propositions for clients.
  • AI Solution Implementation: Manage AI adoption projects end-to-end, from ideation to implementation, ensuring successful delivery and measurable impact.
  • Training and Enablement: Conduct training and workshops to help agency teams understand and adopt AI solutions effectively.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Act as a bridge between agencies and technical teams to ensure seamless alignment of AI capabilities with business needs.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and evaluate the impact of AI implementations on key operational and financial metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain thorough records of AI projects and initiatives to support continuous improvement and future scalability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related STEM field with 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in applying AI tools and frameworks to improve business operations.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and AI technologies.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with teams to introduce AI solutions for operational efficiency.
  • Experience working with agencies or consulting businesses on AI-related projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AI-driven tools, automation platforms, and their business applications.
  • Ability to manage projects in dynamic environments with incomplete or large-scale data.

Working Conditions

  • Location: Fully remote (Anywhere in India).
  • Shift: 5 PM to 2 AM IST to align with US-based clients.
