We’ve built breakthrough tech, launched India’s first sunglasses made from chip packets, and proven demand across markets. Now we need a Manufacturing Manager to turn smart machines and good intentions into world-class execution.


This role is part operator, part team-builder, part problem-solver. You’ll lead our shop floor, own quality and timelines, and make sure every batch reflects our values – precision, impact, and pride.


This is not a clipboard job from a glass office. It’s on the floor, in the heat, sleeves up. It’s NOT a 9-to-5, please do NOT apply if you want a chill job.

What We Are Looking For


  • Industry Experience: 3-5 years in plastic manufacturing, with deep knowledge of moulding, extrusion, shift operations, and quality control. You’ve managed people, machines, and materials, and kept them running smoothly.
  • Leadership & Team Management: You’ve led production teams and built a culture of accountability and respect. You know how to motivate, manage shifts, and resolve on-floor challenges calmly.
  • Hands-On & Practical: You’re not afraid to get on the floor, roll up your sleeves, and fix what’s broken. You lead by doing, not just directing.
  • Operational Discipline: You’ve worked in fast-growing setups and know how to maintain quality and consistency under pressure.
  • Digitally Comfortable: Proficient with Excel, email, and basic software. You’re open to using data and systems to run operations smarter.
  • Start-Up Grit: This isn’t a traditional factory role. It’s fast, messy, and evolving. You’re adaptable, focused, and ready to hustle.

  • Location: Full-time, on-site in Pune. Presence is non-negotiable.

What You’ll Do


  • Run Daily Operations: Oversee moulding, extrusion, and shift-level production activities. Ensure output, quality, and timelines are met, without compromise.
  • Lead the Team: Manage and mentor a growing workforce, including operators from diverse backgrounds. Set schedules, resolve conflicts, and build a respectful, high-performance culture.
  • Maintain Quality: Implement and monitor QC systems to meet internal and external standards. Track rejections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clean production records.
  • Scale with Structure: Help us transition from small-batch to scaled production. Build processes that are lean, replicable, and audit-ready.
  • Be Hands-On: Troubleshoot machine issues, inspect products, and support the team physically when needed. You don’t just point—you participate.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold safety, hygiene, and environmental standards on the shop floor. Coordinate with external partners when required.
  • Use Tools Smartly: Maintain production reports, use Excel to track output and waste, and communicate clearly via email and internal tools.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with R&D, Impact, and Procurement teams to ensure manufacturing aligns with material development, social goals, and supply timelines.


Your Compensation


  • An annual Cost-to-Company (CTC) between INR 8 – 12 lakhs, based on experience and fit. If your primary goal is predictability or perks, this might not be the right role. But if you’re here to build something bold and lasting, the rewards, personal and professional, will follow.
