The Opportunity

We’re looking for an execution focused supply chain professional to manage procurement operations, vendor partnerships, and field coordination including greenhouse installations across various geographies. This role will be primarily responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and inventory planning, while also supporting other areas of supply chain management such as logistics coordination — ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand forecasting and inventory planning by leveraging data insights, cross-functional inputs, and continuous analysis to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize inventory risks
  

• Drive supply planning and execution by converting demand forecasts into efficient, risk-mitigated supply and production plans that optimize inventory, resource utilization, and working capital.
  

• Lead procurement and vendor management by executing cost-effective sourcing strategies, building a reliable vendor ecosystem, and ensuring timely, high-quality material availability to support scale
  

• Oversee end-to-end installation, logistics, and warehousing operations to ensure timely dispatches, smooth execution across states, and accurate inventory coordination
  

• Drive end-to-end quality control across the supply chain by monitoring performance, ensuring consistency, and implementing timely corrective actions from procurement to post-installation.
  

• Lead the S&OP process by aligning cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of plans and risks, and fostering strong partnerships for seamless execution.
  

• Drive data-backed reporting and analysis to monitor supply chain KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best-in-class process enhancements

You thrive on taking ownership - from negotiating with vendors to unblocking bottlenecks in the field - and bring a sharp eye for both detail and delivery. You build strong vendor partnerships, manage costs without compromising on quality, and ensure smooth coordination across teams and geographies. While deeply rooted in execution, you think ahead and create scalable processes. Above all, you are driven by the opportunity to create meaningful, lasting impact for smallholder farmers.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years in supply chain roles covering procurement, vendor ops, sourcing, demand/supply planning, and field execution.
  

• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations across distributed geographies.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  

• Prior experience leading teams of 10–15+ members directly or indirectly.
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in agri-based or rural operations, especially in emerging markets.
  

• Exposure to startup or fast-scaling organizations in builder/process setup roles.
  

• Experience with statistical forecasting techniques or demand planning software.
  

• A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
  

Not a fit if

• You have siloed experience (e.g., only procurement or only warehousing) without cross-functional exposure.
  

• You lack on-ground experience or direct involvement in operational execution
