Job Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via telephone calls to generate leads through meaningful conversations.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about projects, offers, and brand promotions.
- Follow up with clients through phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
- Encourage and persuade clients to visit project sites for a firsthand experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system daily.
- Ensure smooth coordination with the sales team by providing well-qualified leads.
- Monitor personal performance and work towards achieving set targets.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads from various sources, including online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Client Engagement: Ensure effective communication with prospects to understand their needs, budget, and preferences.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team for seamless lead handovers and provide necessary support.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Generate reports on lead conversion rates, analyze data, and implement process improvements.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine pre-sales procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: BA or equivalent bachelor's degree.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and scripts accurately.
