Job Title: QA Lead

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Experience: Minimum 4 Years in Automation, 1+ years as Lead

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Budget: Upto 8LPA

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance of our software products. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in QA, with a strong foundation in automation testing. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing test activities while mentoring junior QA members.

• Lead QA efforts across projects including test planning, execution, and reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables

• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and provide corrective action plans

• Maintain and update test documentation including test plans, test cases, and bug reports

• Drive continuous improvements in QA processes and tools

• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in both manual and automation practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 4+ years of QA experience, including:

  • Automation Testing (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, or similar)

• Experience in using tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
